Candle Care
Designed to be enjoyed slowly, your Mountain Senses candle is made with a coconut wax blend for a smooth, slow burn and beautiful fragrance throw.
Before each burn, trim the wooden wick to approximately 1/4 inch. On the first burn, let the wax melt naturally across the surface. There’s no need to extend a burn just to force the melted wax to reach the edges of the vessel.
If the flame becomes too large or begins to smoke, extinguish the candle, allow it to cool, and trim the wick slightly before relighting.
Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
When approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains, it’s time to let the candle go.
Your 8 oz candle is hand-poured in the USA in a frosted glass vessel, with approximately 50 hours of burn time.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Standard orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Express orders receive priority processing within 1 business day. Shipping transit time is separate from processing time, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Each Mountain Senses gift set is carefully packaged and gift-wrapped, ready to give or enjoy yourself.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unburned, and in their original condition and packaging. Gift sets must be returned complete; individual components cannot be returned separately.
To request a return, please email hello@mountainsenses.com within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace the affected item at no additional cost.
